About your appointment
This booking is for a routine chimney sweep where the chimney has been swept within the last 12 months and there are no known bird nests, blockages or other issues.
We can sweep stoves, open fires, gas fires and inglenooks.
Please ensure the appliance is completely cold and has not been used for at least 24 hours before your appointment.
If we find a blockage, bird nest or another issue during the sweep, we will discuss this with you before carrying out any additional chargeable work.
If possible, please upload a photo of your appliance and fireplace after booking.
