About your appointment
Due to the nature of chimney sweeping and service appointments, we are unable to offer exact appointment times when you book.
Please let us know if you would prefer a morning (AM) or afternoon (PM) appointment and we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
Our routes are normally planned and finalised the week before your appointment. When planning each route, we balance customer time preferences with location and travel requirements, creating the most efficient and environmentally responsible route possible. This helps us reduce unnecessary mileage, fuel consumption and time spent travelling between appointments.
Once your route has been finalised, we will email you with your scheduled time slot.
